The Project
We have three phases to get this project off the ground.
Get Land: We are actively seeking for land! We are requesting a place outside of city limits and at least 10 acres to have plenty of space for the community.
Development: Depending on the land we acquire we will need to develop septic systems, water, electric, roads, and more.
Build Homes: Finally once we have land and infrastructure in place, we will begin to either acquire or build our homes!

Covenant Transitional Housing will be designed to support individuals experiencing hardship, while also demonstrating resilience in their pursuit of change. We will establish a community of 10 homes that will enable stability and growth for all who inhabit them through covenant, community, and affordable transitional housing.
